All charges and pricing are in:

• USD / United States Dollars - US/Global warehouse
• AUD / Australian Dollars - AU/Australian warehouse
• CAD / Canadian Dollars - CA/Canadian warehouse
• EUR / Euros - EU/Germany warehouse
• GBP / British Pounds Sterling - UK/EU warehouse
• NZD / New Zealand Dollars - NZ/New Zealand warehouse

VidaBox currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit Card
• Check / Money Order
• Wire Transfer
• Western Union

Credit Cards

Credit cards will be charged when an order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill the order for any reason, we will contact you, or provide an immediate refund to your credit card.

For your protection, orders may be subject to an additional verification procedure. You may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or via secure email, should this be necessary. Should your order require verification, you will be notified via email.

VidaBox reserves the right to cancel the order if the billing and shipping addresses do not match, or when the address or credit card is not verifiable. If so, a refund will be issued via the same method you used to make your payment.

In these cases, an alternative method, such as ACH or wire transfer, will be offered. The email on file will be contacted with further instructions.

Check / Money Order

Available only to approved buyers, registered resellers & dealers.

All funds must be drawn in USD from a US based bank. For Check/Money Order, send payments to:

Please allow Update to 5-7 business days for check payment clearance. Checks with insufficient funds / NSF are subject to a $50 return fee, or the maximum allowed by law.
