There are no restocking fees. For items with free shipping or paid shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, with receipts available upon request.

Yes - as an alternative to credit cards, we can accept ACH and check payments for any USD order (this is typically offered for orders placed via PO.)

For international wire transfers, note that each incoming international payment incurs a US$50 charge by our local bank. This fee will be absorbed by us for orders over US$2500, and passed onto the payor for orders less than $2500. Thus, for small orders, we encourage the use of a credit card to avoid this unnecessary fee.
