You can return any normally stocked item* in its original, like-new condition - for a FULL REFUND within the first 30 days of purchase! There are no restocking / handling fees!
Items with 'free shipping' or paid shipping will have actual shipping costs deducted as well, with receipts made available upon request!
* - Kindly note that select custom / special order tablet mounts, kiosk stands, and other mounting solutions are not returnable.
Returns of unopened/new current stocked items may be permissible after the return period above - please contact us to confirm. Return of items in any other condition past the return period may not be returnable, or would qualify for store credit only, or be subject to a 15-35%+ restocking charge for refunds - all subject to inspection upon receipt.

Items returned for warranty service must not have been worn beyond normal use, altered, or damaged by abuse, negligence, or other factors unrelated to defects in workmanship.
All returns for warranty service must be requested within the warranty period. Returned items must have shipping prepaid; we will cover return ground shipping costs.
