Turnaround Times

Fast, SAME DAY SHIPPING for most in-stock items!

All in-stock items orders are generally shipped within the same business day, before local cutoff times below for each warehouse:

• US / Worldwide : New York Time / 3pm for USPS, 4pm EST for FedEx/UPS
• CAN / Toronto Time : 12pm
• EU / Germany Time : 12pm
• UK / London Time : 11am
• AUS / Sydney Time : 12am*

* - Due to the time difference between US HQ and typical order volumes at our Australia / New Zealand warehouse, in stock items would require 1 business day for coordination handling.

Custom built items (like printed enclosures) have typical lead times of a few days up to to a few weeks, depending on the customizations needed. Lead times will be provided in the quotation / before ordering.

Be aware of cut-off times with each individual carrier as follows on the right. Orders placed after the cut-off time for each respective carrier will be shipped out the same day if the carrier hasn't come yet - otherwise, it will be shipping the following day.

IMPORTANT: Any order changes / custom requests will likely delay order ship out. Please contact us ASAP for fastest service.

Carriers & Shipping Rates

The rate charged is based on the volumetric order weight, insurance, and your location. The estimated shipping cost will be shown before checkout.

There is always a chance to not place the order if the shipping charges are not agreed to, or if needs have changed.

IMPORTANT: For international orders, the shipping charge quoted DOES NOT include local customs, taxes, duties, or brokerage costs. These charges are determined and collected purely by your local government. For further questions on costs, please contact your local import juristiction or taxing authority for further details.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number emailed directly to your inbox!

Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

If you do not see any order confirmations or tracking information after placing an order, please check the following:

• [1] Is the email in the 'Junk' or 'Spam' mail folders?
  Order confirmations can sometimes land in a 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder by accident - please check there first. Be sure to add 'vidabox.com' to your email's 'White List' to ensure all future updates arrives properly in your inbox!


• [2] Was the order actually placed?
  Please check your credit card statement online, and see if there is a charge from VIDABOX or VIDAMOUNT. If there are no charges, then the order may not have been placed - please place the order, and try again. If there is a charge go to the next step


• [3] Was the email misspelled at the time of order?
  (This happens more often than one would expect!) Please contact us with (a) the date of the transaction, (b) amount of the purchase, along with your (c) email & (d) phone number - we'll double check against our records and forward you with the full order details, receipt, and tracking info once available!

Backorders

Orders for new, pre-release products or bulk orders can fall into a 'Backorder' status, where the items are reserved for quantities in production. In these instances, we will contact you and offer the following options:

• [Option 1] Ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item(s) becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. (Depending on the order size, additional shipping and handling may apply for the second shipment - ask for details!)


• [Option 2] Ship everything together, once the entire order's items become available.
